TTW 610 is a revolutionary "game changer" for mold repairing. The machine has functions no one would imagine to be possible. The TTW 610 can weld form steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and much more.

The TTW 610 works using both ultrasonic vibrations as well as low-frequency vibrations, which enables it to effectively grind/polish excess material away using diamond files, polishing sticks etc.

The TTW 610 can be used as a hand-held EDM machine and in this function can both remove excess material as well as make the surface appear sparked.

TTW 610 can coat with tungsten/tungsten in a very large thickness.

TTW 610 can be used for engraving and can cut smaller surfaces and corners.
